John McGannon is the founder and director of Intersection Associates.  He is a summa cum laude and phi beta kappa graduate of Princeton University and holds an Ed.M. degree from Harvard University in Education Program Development.  Before founding Intersection Associates, John was a teacher and curriculum developer in secondary schools, an adolescent and family counselor, and a curriculum developer and media producer for the Education Development Center in Newton, Massachusetts.  He has produced over 200 full-length documentary and training video tapes, many with accompanying written and/or web materials.  He has also published extensively in print and photography.

Susu Wing is the video director of Intersection Associates.  She graduated as an Art Major from the University of Massachusetts.  Before coming to Intersection, Susu was an art teacher, resource center director and prize-winning photographer and visual artist.
